VERCORS DRESS

VERCORS is a long dress made from a distressed cotton and linen fabric. This wrap-style dress actually features a clever design illusion, with a panel of fabric fixed at the waistline. The high waist is accentuated but can also be accessorized with a removable tie-belt as per your preference.

We currently ship to mainland France (including Corsica), Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, and Finland.

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days.
We strive to meet these timeframes.

In France, delivery fees are €4.90 for delivery to a pick-up point and €6.60 for home delivery without signature.
In Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, and Portugal, delivery fees are €6.50 for delivery to a pick-up point and €8.00 for home delivery without signature.
In Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, and Finland, delivery fees are €8.00 for delivery to a pick-up point and €13.00 for home delivery without signature.

Returns

Returns are only accepted online, within 14 days from the receipt of your order. A return fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund.

To return an item, log in to your Soeur Second Hand account.
You can generate a return label in the “My Orders” section.
Pack your item(s) carefully and include your delivery slip in the package.
Then, drop off the return package at the location specified on your return label.

You have 14 days to send your package back to our warehouse.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased, with the tag still attached, and must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, or worn (except for trying them on).

Once the return is received and validated by our team, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
